I use comics as a way to slow things down and make space for insight. Humor, observation, and small moments matter to me more than punchlines. These comics aren’t about perfection or answers — they’re about noticing patterns, contradictions, and the quiet truths that show up when we pay attention.
My background is rooted in recovery, behavioral health, and lived experience. I’ve spent years working with people, systems, and stories that are complex, messy, and very human. Sobriety Cop grew out of that world — not as instruction or advice, but as reflection. Sometimes the best way to understand something heavy is to look at it sideways.
I value clarity, honesty, and restraint. I’m not interested in hype or performance. I believe recovery looks different for everyone, and that humor can coexist with seriousness without minimizing it. These comics are meant to feel familiar, thoughtful, and occasionally uncomfortable in a useful way.
If something here resonates with you, you’re welcome to stay awhile. Read, reflect, or reach out through the contact page. There’s no agenda — just a shared space for observation, humor, and human experience.
